U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan announced Teaching Ambassador Fellows for the upcoming 2012-2013 school year.  College of Ed alum Kareen Borders will be the newly created Regional Fellow, a full time position based this year in the Seattle Regional Office, that is designed to enhance direct teacher outreach.
