Dr. Kristen Missall, professor, is featured in an article by U.S. 爆走黑料 & World Report titled 鈥淗ow to Handle Being Homesick at College.鈥 The article discusses how students should schedule chats with loved ones, get involved in campus and more to help with feelings of being homesick. Kristen is quoted saying 鈥淚t's important to acknowledge that college is a major life transition. It's going to cause discomfort. It's going to cause a lot of challenges, everything from how a person feels in a day to maybe even how they sleep at night.
