The Office of Student Services is open for advising appointments and other meetings both in person and online. See here for information about how to connect with advisers

Our office is located in 206 Miller Hall and is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, unless stated otherwise*. Online appointments and meetings can occur outside these hours -- check with specific advisers or staff to find out their availability.

*Summer 2025 Hours:

From June 16th - September 12th, the Office of Student Services will be operating on our summer hours: We will be open for in-person visitors Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM and closed on Fridays. 

We will return to our regular office hours starting on September 15th, Monday. During our summer hours, we will still be reachable via phone at (206) 543-7834 or email at edinfo@uw.edu during our regular office hours.
