All open positions must be posted for the minimum one week to ensure equal opportunity for graduate students. In limited circumstances, an assistantship position may be filled directly (without posting) when it meets a condition established by the contract. If position is not filled after 2 week posting within the CoEd, it will be posted to the UW central website for greater exposure (per the UW/UAW Contract, Article 13).
