Tutor role: Our son attends a program at Bellevue College for young adults with disabilities.  We need someone that can help him with his class work as well as ensure he makes safe choices while having access to the internet.   

Companion role: We would like to find someone that could spend time with him hanging out at our home, playing xbox, cooking, watching movies etc... or playing sports, biking or just outings in the community.  He is quite high functioning but still needs oversight with many of life's independent skills that require higher functioning judgment that's necessary in keeping him safe in social situations (not to get scammed/taken).

Flexible schedule  ...thinking about 5-6 hours a week to get started, with more hours during the summer.  

A degree in Special Education is not necessarily required if someone is a good fit for the position.
