We are a family of 3 (myself, my husband, and our 6 yo daughter)  looking for part time help as my husband travels quite a bit and I’m usually solo with our daughter.

We live in Northeast Seattle, near Magnuson Park.

I’d love help picking her up from school and taking her to activities (using our car when needed - school pickup is walkable) on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from around 3 until 6pm or 8pm (flexible with those hours). Some light house work, cooking, or running errands may be needed at times.

We also have a need for occasional weekend help for date nights and events. We have a little wiggle room with that schedule but not much. We don’t anticipate needing more than 20 hours total per week, but can guarantee at least 10 hours a week.

Our ideal nanny is very dependable and organized, communicates quickly, and has lots of energy. Our daughter is very active so someone who enjoys physical activity is a must :) We also want someone who is social and outgoing, and clearly enjoys being around kids but who is comfortable guiding them and setting boundaries as well.

A very important thing for us is dependability - being consistently late, cancelling a shift, etc. would be very concerning for us. 

Our rate is $25-$30/hour depending on experience. Candidates should be CPR/First Aid trained, have reliable transportation, be fully vaccinated, and be willing to get professional development (we’ll pay for that and for your time). A perk would be fluency in Spanish, as my daughter and I are both learning Spanish.
