This is a pool posting intended to garner applicants for a SY24-25 leadership cadre -- in which contracts will be extended to highly qualified, high match candidates. This posting is also intended to be used in anticipation of vacancies yet to be identified for leadership roles in Highline, for the 2024-2025 school year. This posting will be updated on a rolling basis as specific vacancies are identified.

Note: Please note that while each position has minimum qualifications specified in their job description, all positions hired through this pool require the following: Master's degree, Washington State Teaching or Educational Staff Associate Certificate (Active or ability to obtain by contractual start date), Washington State Principal Certificate (Active or ability to obtain by contractual start date)
