I am an alumnus of the UW School Psychology program after being trained at both the Specialist and the Doctoral level. I am driven by the goal of helping people build their life worth living by building skills that allow them to find harmony between professional, social, and emotional success. I teach a series of courses in the ±¬×ߺÚÁÏ undergraduate program for the Education Studies major, all under the Wellness and Social Emotional Learning specialization, that is focused on teaching skills from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and positive psychology to help undergraduates manage their emotions and stress productively and effectively. Outside of UW, I am a trainer for providing trainings and consultation around the country on the DBT STEPS-A curriculum.
